Its going to be a different year in another two days...wonder what surprises 2011 has in store for this taurean...just thought will post a short poem..

You never know
What life is gonna throw your way
A slip or a knock
And there goes your day
In a snap the joy is gone
In a flash the thin fabric torn
Never bask complacent, sure
That sorrows sleep conquered
For sooner than later
shadows fall and your dreams are shattered.

A song may sing itself
on your smiling lips
And your heart may swear
that everything’s alright
But life smirks at the corner
and throws a curveball
Saying “Buddy, you don’t get
Nothing without a fight.”

Not all optimistic, but hey my blood group is B negative u know, so... ;D

Wow!! Its been ever so long since I did anything to this starving, parched blog of mine!! Well the truth is that I started it when I had loads of "PHREEE" time and now the situation is so different it will take a whole lot of sense of humour to find it funny!!

I should say this though..thank you my sweet friend Priya for becoming a follower. You and my sister are my "VONLY" two supporters( lets keep it a secret that I almost bullied my poor darling sis into becoming a follower!! SHHH!)

Now, what has happened in the interim? A LOOOOOOOT(pls read that as lot)!! So much that my yakkity self, not satisfied with mere yakking, decided to revert to the other form of torture which according to some I'm getting pretty good at- one source who rather stay anonymous has sworn off all written material( For seven lives to come!!) thanks to being the unfortunate guinea pig for some of my poems.

I am also extending my circle of victims to darling little three year olds for whom I am now writing stories. Cross fingers for me.. and oh !! all my friends better buy them when the books are published...whether you have kids or not!!

Will write more on that when it actually hits bookshops.

And "phinally" for all my bestest friends Sheeba, Maya, Rema, Priya et all...that there upstairs is whatI look like now...:)
